You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally. The Services are intended for recreational adult players. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Court availability and reservations

Rally displays court availability sourced from public parks and recreation systems. This information is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always confirm availability before relying on it.

Rally does not book or reserve courts. When you choose to reserve a court, Rally directs you to the relevant provider’s official website (for example, Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation / Active Network), where any reservation and payment is made directly with that provider under its own terms. Rally is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third-party providers or their services.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile photo, logged sessions, and messages). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Services, including showing your activity to friends you connect with.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Recreational sport carries inherent risks; you participate at your own risk, and Rally is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or interactions that arise between players.
